Your family members may have had the same club email, but can you please check and ask them to complete this from, by using the link in the club email they receive or by forwarding the email YOU have received.

Parents or Legal Guardians of a Cadets, below the age of 16, must provide express consent for BSC to hold the cadet(s) information using the form below.
